Nathan Hughes

Nathan Hughes, a Richmond native, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from VCU. His career as a full-time business broker and commercial REALTOR® has spanned since 2005. He earned the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations. In 2015, Nathan founded Sperity Real Estate Ventures, where he serves as principal broker. He is known for his teamwork-focused approach and niche expertise in the Richmond restaurant market. Nathan serves on the Board of the City of Richmond Economic Development Authority and previously served on the Commission of Architectural Review. He has held leadership roles at the state and national REALTOR® associations and has been active with Special Olympics of Virginia. Nathan also has a son currently attending Seven Hills.
