Combine problem solving with earth science to improve our community! Past projects have included building compost bins, writing letters to public officials to advocate for clean energy use, and maintaining nature trails.
Explore what it means to “be a man” on an individual and societal level. The classroom curriculum is enhanced by father figure and son lunches throughout the year and a camping trip. Those experiences facilitate discussion on masculinity, growing up, and self-discovery.
Where You'll Go
Push yourself physically and mentally while working together with your classmates to tackle high ropes obstacles.
Learn how to perform CPR and see how an emergency call center operates.
Spend the night camping with your father figure as part of our Coming of Age curriculum. The trip is full of outdoor fun and personal reflection on manhood.
