Seven Hills School shares your concern about the protection of your personal information online. This Privacy Policy includes examples of the types of personal information we collect and the kinds of companies with whom we share such information. Access to your Personal Information
We will provide you with the means to ensure that your personal information is correct and current. If you are a registered user of our Parent Portal, you may review and update this information at any time at 7hillsschool.myschoolapp.com/app#login. Registered users can view and edit personal information they have already given us. We require you to enter your password for security purposes before you update your email address, user name, password, and/or your security question and answer.

All users can subscribe or unsubscribe to the Seven Hills School email newsletter and notifications.

Security of your Personal Information
Your personal information collected via our website through our inquiry form and/or application is housed at Blackbaud Cloud Security. Blackbaud enforces strict physical datacenter security based on best practices and SSAE18 audit guidelines. Blackbaud uses various strong encryption mechanisms across their environments and products, including TLS 1.2, AES 256, RSA 1024 adn other FIPS140-2 encryption algorithms. We restrict access to personal information collected about you at our website to members of our Admission Staff, and those who are otherwise specified in this Policy, or others who need to know that information to provide services to you or in the course of conducting our business operations or activities, such as faculty and staff. While no website can guarantee security, we maintain appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information collected via the website. We protect our databases with various physical, technical and procedural measures, and we restrict access to your information by unauthorized persons. We also advise all Seven Hills' employees about their responsibility to protect customer data, and we provide them with appropriate guidelines for adhering to our school’s business ethics standards and confidentiality policies. Consumer data will not be transferred to external organizations for any purpose without consent. Additionally, your mobile opt-in will not be shared with any third-parties for marketing purposes.

SMS Messaging
By submitting your inquiry form and/or application, you are granting Seven Hills School permission to connect with you via SMS messaging. Your contact information will not be transferred to any external organization for any purpose without consent. You have the right to opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying 'STOP' to any message you receive from us. Servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment based on best practices and SSAE18 audit guidelines. Under no circumstances are credit card numbers permanently stored on our website servers.
