Maggie Ladd

Maggie Ladd is the Principal of Heide Partnerships, LLC. She has spent over twenty years working in Ophthalmology, focusing on patient advocacy in rare ocular diseases and research and clinical trial management. Maggie is passionate about community engagement and supporting students with neurodevelopmental disabilities. Raised in rural Pennsylvania, she values strong communities and relationships. She is a Lafayette College graduate, former Division I basketball player, and the parent of a 2024 Seven Hills graduate. Maggie lives in Midlothian, VA with her husband, Byron, and their three children.
