Julie Carter relocated to Richmond in 2025 from North Carolina with her husband, four daughters, and two dogs. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Speech Communication from the University of Georgia. Julie joined Seven Hills in August 2025 and especially enjoys connecting with parents and members of the school community. She absolutely loves Richmond and feels honored to call it home. Outside of work, she loves to cook and has a growing collection of cookbooks.
