Biography
Hailing from western North Carolina, Drew graduated from Woodberry Forest School in 1992 where he was a prefect and All-Prep League tennis player. After graduating from Sewanee – University of the South, he worked for four years in college admissions before going to Saint James School. During his 12 years there, Drew served as the Director of College Counseling, English teacher, dorm head, varsity boys tennis coach, Director of Upper School Studies, and finally as the Director of Admission. Drew has loved being a part of the Seven Hills School community since joining in 2015. As the Assistant Head of School for Advancement, Drew oversees “everything external” of the School from new student admissions and high school placement to development and community partnerships. He currently serves as the Coordinator of the Richmond Admission Group and serves on the Board of the Richmond Tennis Association.
Drew lives in Midlothian with his partner and blended family of four kids, three dogs, and a cat. He is an avid tennis player, enjoys reading, and exploring the culinary delights of RVA.
