Seven Hills School Announces Election of Will Murphy to AMLE Board of Trustees

Seven Hills School is proud to announce that Assistant Head of School for Program, Will Murphy, has been elected to serve on the the Board of Trustees of the Association for Middle Level Education (AMLE) — the leading professional organization dedicated to advocating for middle-level educators and advancing the practice of middle grades education. 

In his new capacity on the AMLE Board of Trustees, Will will contribute his expertise in middle school to national efforts that support educators of young adolescents. He currently serves as Chair of AMLE’s Early Career Educators Committee. While on the committee, Will created and led the early career mentorship program, presented at the AMLE annual conferences, and developed resources to support early career educators. 

At Seven Hills School, Will oversees the academic program and faculty development, ensuring that curriculum design, instructional practices, and assessment strategies align with the school’s mission and the needs of its students. Building on the foundational principles of the school, Will created the school’s advisory program and collaborates on research initiatives that inform teaching and learning. Through his national leadership role with AMLE, Will is positioned to share insights from Seven Hills’ innovative work with the broader educational community.
