Seven Hills School’s historic campus is available for events, weddings, and other facility rentals!
Thank you for your interest in hosting your event at Seven Hills School. We are pleased to offer a unique, industrial setting just minutes from Downtown Richmond in the charming Northside neighborhood. Built in 1927, our campus was originally home to the City of Richmond Department of Public Works. Over the past century, the buildings have been modernized but retain their industrial charm with details such as exposed brick and concrete floors. The Great Hall
The Great Hall is an indoor, flexible space that allows for a variety of events and setups including receptions, business meetings, and lectures. The large, second-story room features wall-to-wall windows, exposed brick, and concrete floors.
Rental Fee: $500 per 4-hour period; $125 per additional hour
Field & Outdoor Space
Our outdoor campus area features a full-size soccer field (and then some), black top with four basketball hoops, several picnic tables, stone pathways, and Phoenix Garden. This space is perfect for an athletic tournament, barbecue, or field day.
Rental Fee: $300 per 4-hour period; $100 per additional hour
